Refund Policy

At PetalHaven, we take great pride in creating beautiful, fresh floral arrangements that bring joy to every occasion. Each bouquet is handcrafted with care, using the freshest blooms available. Because of the perishable nature of flowers, we have a specific refund policy designed to be both fair and transparent. 1. Order Cancellations Cancellations for standard floral arrangements must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made 1–2 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, orders cancelled within 24 hours of the delivery/pickup date are non-refundable, as the flowers and materials have already been sourced and prepared. 2. Custom Arrangements and Event Orders For weddings, corporate events, or custom floral designs, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event. Cancellations after the full payment deadline are non-refundable due to the time, labor, and fresh product involved. 3. Delivery Issues If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery and no alternative instructions have been provided, we will attempt to contact the client. If the flowers cannot be delivered within 2 hours of the original attempt, and the product becomes compromised, the order is non-refundable. We recommend confirming delivery details ahead of time to avoid issues. 4. Quality Concerns If you believe the flowers you received were not fresh or arrived in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement. If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement arrangement, store credit, or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances. 5. Non-Refundable Items We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or mishandled by the customer. Seasonal and clearance arrangements, as well as promotional items, are also non-refundable unless defective on arrival. 6. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and returned to the original method of payment. Thank you for supporting PetalHaven.
